Which colour should I pick?
They are the same brush — green, purple or yellow. Pick whichever one you will actually leave out where you can reach it, because the brush you can reach is the brush you use.
My cat hates being brushed. Will this be different?
Possibly, and here is the honest version: the pins are fine stainless steel with rounded, resin-protected tips, so the sensation is closer to being scratched than raked. Most cats settle within a minute. Some cats simply do not like being handled, and no brush fixes that.
Is it good for matted fur?
For light tangles, yes. For dense mats sitting tight against the skin, no — and no slicker brush is. Those need cutting out by a groomer or vet. Trying to brush them out hurts.
Can I wash it?
Yes. The pins are 0.45mm stainless steel, so rinse the head under the tap and let it dry. It will not rust.
Will it scratch my cat?
It should not. The pin tips are rounded and resin-protected specifically to avoid that. Use light pressure, let the pins do the work rather than pressing down, and stop if you see any skin redness.
What if it does not work?
Send it back within 30 days, used or not. The honest test is simple: does it pull out more fur than the brush already in your drawer? If it does not, it has failed, and we would rather refund you than argue about it.
