Shedless exists because of a small, specific, daily irritation: you brush your cat, the brush fills with fur, and then you spend longer picking that fur off the bristles than you spent brushing.
That's it. That's the whole origin. Not a mission to disrupt pet care — just a badly designed object we thought could be better.
What we actually believe
The undercoat is the whole problem
Most brushes work the topcoat. The topcoat isn't what ends up on your sofa. Loose undercoat is what ends up on your sofa, and a brush that doesn't reach it is decorative. A 140° curved head and fine stainless pins reach it. That's the entire design brief.
A brush your cat tolerates is worth more than a brush that works better
The most effective grooming tool in the world is useless if your cat leaves the room when it appears. Rounded, resin-protected pin tips flex against the skin instead of raking it. Slightly less aggressive, used far more often, better result. We'll take that trade every time.
We'd rather tell you the delivery time than win the sale
Our brushes ship from our supplier's facility and take 5–11 days to reach you after 1–3 days of processing. Plenty of stores our size quote two-day delivery and let you find out the truth from the tracking page. We'd rather you order knowing exactly what you're waiting for — or not order at all.
What we're not
We're not a veterinary brand. Our tools are grooming tools, not medical devices, and nothing we sell treats a skin condition, an allergy, or anything else. If your pet has matting down to the skin, a wound, or a persistent skin problem, that's a vet's job, not a brush's.
We're also not going to pretend to be bigger than we are. Shedless is a small operation selling a small number of things we can stand behind.
If it doesn't work, send it back
Thirty days, any reason. The honest test is simple: does it pull out more fur than the brush already in your drawer? If it doesn't, it has failed, and we'd rather refund you than argue about it.
