Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel one — if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full, immediately.
Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. There are no hidden fees and nothing is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at the moment you check out. Where we advertise a launch price with an end date, that price genuinely ends on that date.
Product descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours vary slightly between screens and the physical item. Our products are grooming tools for domestic pets. They are not veterinary or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Safe use
Use gently and supervise your pet. Stop if your pet shows distress or the skin becomes irritated. If your pet has a skin condition, dense matting, or an injury, speak to your vet before grooming rather than working at it with a brush.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The content on this site — text, images, and the Shedless name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update them. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to your order.
